The Coastal Home Watch Signature Program™ is our professional home watch system built for seasonal and vacant coastal homes, designed to prevent surprises through consistent inspections, verified documentation, and accountable local oversight. Our program is organized into three programs, each available in three tiers, so homeowners can choose the right level of coverage without paying for what they don’t need. Programs range from Essentials-level protection to Real-Time reporting and our AI Monitoring+™ intelligence tier. Each tier builds on the last, adding visibility, documentation, and smarter escalation as needs increase.

We deliver that hands-on execution through our Essential Home Watch Program: scheduled property inspections, seasonal opening and closing oversight, and professional home watch services designed for second homes, vacation homes, rentals, and seasonal residences.

  • Full interior & exterior inspection prior to seasonal opening

  • ​Each inspection comes with a documented checklist evaluation

Essential Plus Home Watch ™

Tier 2

  • Seasonal closing, deactivation, walkthrough, and inspection (September - October)

  • Seasonal opening service with systems activation and comprehensive review

  • One emergency response

  • One home inspection during active months

  • One winter check in Early/Mid‑January

  • One winter check in Late February/Early March

  • Full interior & exterior inspection prior to seasonal opening

  • Each inspection comes with a documented checklist evaluation

Tier 3
