Enhanced Reporting™ Program
Enhanced Reporting is available as a bonus add-on to additional services within the Coastal Home Watch Signature Program™, offering homeowners clear visibility into their property while it is unoccupied. This service includes timestamped photos or video, a written summary after each visit, immediate notification of urgent issues, and visual checks for water damage, pest intrusion, unauthorized entry, and overall interior and exterior condition when applicable.
